Spiritism, Spiritist doctrine, Kardecism or Kardecist Spiritism, is a religious and philosophical mediumistic or modern spiritualist doctrine. It was “codified” (that is, it took on the body of doctrine – by the universality of the teachings of the spirits) by the French pedagogue Hippolyte Léon Denizard Rivail, known by the pseudonym of Allan Kardec. Spiritualism is characterized by the experience of the immortality of the spirit through faith in God and in the Holy Trinity. The doctrine of Allan Kardec was based on the junction of science, philosophy and religion.
Despite being a complete and autonomous religion only in Brazil, spiritualism has expanded, and according to data from 2005, it has about 15 million followers spread across various countries such as Portugal, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the United States, Japan, Germany, Argentina, Canada and, especially, Cuba, Jamaica and Brazil, the latter having the largest number of followers in the world. However, it is worth stressing that it is difficult to stipulate the existing number of Spiritists since the main stipulations on this are based on demographic censuses in which one asks the religion of citizens, but not all Spiritists interpret Spiritism as a religion.

Everyone knows in their hearts what they need and what they lack to achieve their goals, so we must pray with faith, believing that we will achieve everything that we desire and that we need in our lives.
