Prayer of Purification – Cleanse your soul and Space
We offer you this cleansing prayer to drive away the negativity in your life. If you are going through a bad period in your life, in which negative events occur frequently, don’t give up and give this ritual a try!
This prayer is also suitable for Friday the 13th, a day in which negativity hangs in the air.
For this cleansing prayer you will need:
Lilac candle (preferably; otherwise, a white candle)
Matchstick (preferably; otherwise, a lighter)
How to:
1. Hold the candle between your hands
2. Breathe in a few times so as to convey your energy to the candle
3. Focus
4. Light the candle, preferably with a match, and let it burn for a while
5. After a few minutes, walk through the space you want to cleanse, saying:
“Let all the evil that walks here, let all the envy that dwells and is dropped here, coming from the outside or generated within, evil omen or bad winds, be burned, banished and transmuted by means of the violet flame and the waning moon, so that all bad things are broken, undone and cut off, that my family and I be purified by the Sacred Mantle of Jesus Christ, and that all evil be dispelled. By the power of infinite Heaven, by the power of the great earth, let it be so.”
After the cleansing, you can let the candle burn until the end and throw the debris out, or extinguish it immediately and throw it in the trash. It is important not to leave the candle in the place where the ritual was performed.
Wash your hands as soon as you’re done.
